I think we first met Adam Shrewsbury while visiting artist Daniel Higgs in Hudson, NY years back. Soon afterwards we had a most enjoyable visit to Waxahachie from Adam and we have kept up with him via other mutual friends and the ever present social media forms.

Adam, born in 1984, lives and works in Michigan.  

In 2016 while working primarily as a painter & tattooer, his wife booked them a pottery class. He seemed to know immediately that clay was his thing and has worked diligently in that medium every since.

This is the second show we have hosted for Adam. He is a joy to work with and we get excited each time we receive a box of art from Adam. You never know what each new series brings as he always experimenting with techniques, but the Adam style is consistent.
