Charles Stagg 1939 - 2012 : A Beaumont, Texas native Charles attended Temple University’s - Tyler School of Art in the 1970’s. Not impressed by the art world, Stagg return to the rural family hog farm near Vidor Texas where he built an amazing studio using bottles and pine trees from the property. Each piece of his sculptures were carved and counted and either rounded or cone shaped, then wired together to resemble DNA sculptures.
